The Silver Spur was built with a good night in mind. Step inside and you will find room to spare — for dinner and dancing, speeches and catering, a band on the built-in stage, and whatever Old West mischief you want to work into the evening.
String lights run the length of the ceiling and our sound system reaches every corner, so the whole room plays as an experience rather than a rental. It is the kind of place where boots get kicked up and nobody thinks to check the time.
And when you are ready for a little more Hill Country, the back patio is right through the doors, looking out over the Back 40 with the sun going down behind it.
For corporate evenings, it is the sweet spot planners have a hard time finding — a real Texas dancehall, dressed up with elegant touches, against a backdrop your guests have never seen before!

Bring the whole company, kids and all.
A company picnic here is a whole day out, and the Silver Spur sits right in the middle of it. The room opens straight onto a covered pavilion and a wide green lawn, so your party can be inside, outside, or happily both at once.
Bring on the lawn games, the bounce houses, the outdoor screens — there is room for all of it, and we can even set up additional tents and outdoor seating if needed. Lunch can go inside on round tables with bandana runners, out on the back patio, or on the green lawn.
With the built-in playground and outdoor arena, we can even bring out a petting zoo or our barrel train rides. Our team can assist with planning a truly memorable and fun day with something for everyone!
The whole town is open, too! Archery and cornhole down the street, wagon rides out to say hello to the longhorns and buffalo, and at least one kid meeting a longhorn for the first time and talking about it the whole way home.
Big corporate nights, and the galas.
Putting hundreds of people in one room near San Antonio and want them to remember it? This is your space. We frequently host corporate events, holiday parties, galas and fundraisers, wedding receptions and team meetings in the Silver Spur. The program, the auction and the dancing all happen without ever resetting the room!
Looking for something more intimate? The Six Gun Saloon is just across the main street, seating 120. (No gunslingers, don’t worry!) Something bigger? The town and the Back 40 handle 3,000+.
