After a full day at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, SeaWorld San Antonio, or the River Walk, your students are ready for something fun, relaxed and easy — and that is exactly what they get out here! Enchanted Springs Ranch is a real Old West town in the Texas Hill Country, and for one night the whole place is yours.
Wagon rides through the Back Forty. Campfires and s’mores. Texas barbecue. A trick roping show. Line dancing on a real dance floor in the Silver Spur Saloon. It is the Texas evening they came all this way for, and the one they are still talking about on the bus home!
And for the travel directors and coordinators, we keep it simple: we’ve got you covered! Our team handles setup, food service, entertainment, activities and the flow of the whole night, so you can save your energy for the rest of the trip.

Wagon Rides, Campfires & S’mores
Roll out through the Back Forty past American Buffalo and Texas Longhorns, then come back to the fires. The marshmallows are on us.
Texas BBQ Dinner
Real Texas barbecue, with room for the whole group to sit down at once. No splitting the bus into shifts!
Trick Roping Show
Our resident expert runs a full stage show of roping and bullwhip work — and your students get pulled right into it, which is the whole point!
Line Dancing Lessons
A real dance hall, a real instructor, and the group photo the chaperones send home that very night!

Three hours, typically 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We can shift the start time to fit your travel day.
There is no minimum and no maximum. Your group has the whole town, whether that is one bus or several. Tell us your headcount when you inquire and we will build the evening to match.
Yes — we have plenty of on-site motorcoach parking. Buses pull in and stage at the ranch, and students unload at the edge of the Old West town. No street parking, no shuttle, no long walk in the dark.
The evening still runs. We have covered and indoor spaces, so the parts of the night that need shelter get it and the schedule holds.
We host student groups year-round. Evening availability varies with our own event and festival calendar, so the earlier you reach out with your travel dates, the better we can hold a night for you.

Your night includes the venue, the activities, dinner, entertainment, and coordination from arrival to departure. Pricing depends on your group size, your date, and any add-ons, so we quote it directly — reach out and we will send you a proposal.
