Planning a memorable gathering for a large organization takes vision, dedication, and a venue that can bring it all together. This year, we had the incredible opportunity to work with Bandera Electric Cooperative to host their annual Member Appreciation Meeting right here in the Texas Hill Country at Enchanted Springs Ranch. Looking back, it was truly one of the standout events of the season!
Crafting a Member Experience That Matters
For months leading up to the event, our team worked closely with BEC’s dedicated planners. Their mission was clear: create a celebration where members could truly feel appreciated while connecting with the BEC staff who serve them. From the earliest planning sessions through event day, their passion for community guided every decision.
Their commitment aligned perfectly with our own mission to create meaningful, memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
The Perfect Hill Country Venue for Large Gatherings
As one of the largest outdoor venue spaces near San Antonio, Enchanted Springs Ranch provided a dynamic backdrop for BEC’s vision. Our authentic Old West town, spacious grounds, and versatile facilities, including multiple indoor spaces and a large covered pavilion, offered plenty of room for guests to explore and enjoy.
The ranch’s layout made it an ideal destination for a family-friendly company picnic and member appreciation event, giving attendees space to spread out, relax, and have fun. Families especially loved the playground, petting zoo, and interactive Old West activities woven throughout the property.
Old West Activities That Brought the Event to Life
To enhance the Western atmosphere and give members an experience they wouldn’t forget, the event featured a variety of themed activities, including:
- A petting zoo filled with friendly, gentle animals
- A scenic covered wagon ride through our Hill Country landscape to see a variety of exotics including buffalo and longhorns
- A live country western band that kept toes tapping the entire event
- Additional hands-on experiences that captured the charm of the Old West
These activities were a perfect match for an event at a corporate venue looking to offer something unique, engaging, and fun for guests of all ages.
A True Community Celebration
Throughout the day, it was clear how meaningful this event was to the BEC team and their members. Conversations flowed easily, families enjoyed the activities together, and guests had countless opportunities to meet the people behind Bandera Electric Cooperative.
It was an honor to support such a values-driven organization, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the trust BEC placed in our team.
